Followed comment about WITH_PIE (thanks) it takes some additional
CMakeLists.txt changes for cmake and ld though. But I included that as well. 
I am really not sure how much the qt6-base portrevision bump will trigger
rebuilds of all consumers?? and/or users of pkg update? In other words should
all consumers be port revision bumped after this?
