Uptime: four minutes. Using KRunner to run plasmashell --replace

An old bug that is, I think, most likely to bite with the first log in to
Plasma (X11) following a pkg-upgrade(8) routine, if the upgrade is followed by
a restart of the OS.

/usr/local/bin/plasmashell does run, however things such as panels do not
appear.

Workaround:

1. Alt+F2 for KRunner
2. plasmashell --replace

As far as I can tell, /var/log/messages does not hold a clue.

I can not find a match upstream at <https://bugs.kde.org/>.
