reproducer of obs-studio issue.

cmake -DCMAKE_VERBOSE_MAKEFILE=On -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release .. 
with lto it exposes the issue of obs-studio remove
"set(CMAKE_INTERPROCEDURAL_OPTIMIZATION ON)" and it works, without having the
QT_FEATURE_reduce_relocations set to OFF as in the original workaround.
smt is broken in  lto?
