I already find ${opt}_CMAKE_BOOL and ${opt}_CMAKE_BOOL_OFF variables a bit
confusing along with ${opt}_CMAKE_ON and ${opt}_CMAKE_OFF, especially when I
see them next to each other in the Makefile. This change makes no or little
difference for the ports, but switching from true/false to ON/OFF will make it
more confusing for me. I do not strictly object though. Lets see what other
kde@ fellows think.
