Third-party splashes are not guaranteed to work. Discover won't find updates
from Qt5 to Qt6, because they are different entities in the store. You need to
remove old non-working extensions (probably manually) and install new versions.

Breeze and Oxygen splashes are part of the Plasma distribution and should
always work. Do they work for you?
