Reference [1], since this doesn't seem to be FreeBSD-specific, but more related
to using ccache. This may explain why I could personally get this to build the
first time, but not subsequently back then, and why the package builders
worked. It still seems suspicious, since I just ran this twice now on a
ccache-enabled system with 32 parallel jobs going and got no build errors.
