The attached patch adds some compatibilites with FreeBSD:
Adds a dependency on sysutils/lsblk for the block storage KCM, calls ifconfig
instead of ip for the network KCM and sets the right path to the USB IDs for
the USB KCM.
Also bump PORTREVISION.
