[ports/devel/qt6-base] Build without DBus

Howdy!

 FWIW, attached patch allows QT6 to be built on FreeBSD
 without requiring Linux's DBus.

 All my dozen or so computers have been DBus-free for a
 decade (some having >2000 ports installed).
