fb61264a1da4f15c6f80a75e53cb89d01654d289 removes x11-themes/kf5-breeze-icons.
This cause x11/plasma5-plasma-workspace and x11-themes/plasma5-breeze has run
dependency on x11-themes/kf6-breeze-icons because of 

USE_KDE=	breeze-icons:run

in their Makefiles.
