kbibtex for KDE6?

We are going to switch KDE ports to Qt6 pretty soon, so you may consider updating math/rkwqard directly. If you choose to repocopy, please use -kf6(or -qt6) suffix, but not prefix, which is reserved for KDE Frameworks ports.

kbibtex with Qt6/KF6 support has not been released yet, we have the latest version the ports.
