This new commit does not solve the conflict with XLibre, because
plasma6-plasma-desktop will still have a run time dependency on
xf86-input-libinput by default, which gets recorded in the resulting package,
and a user trying to install KDE along side XLibre will be prompted to remove
their entire display server to continue the installation midway in the process.

I made my case in the forums post on why a build time dependency on
xf86-input-libinput is sufficient in this case.
