I don't like changes to every port to support XLibre. I'd prefer it implemented
as alternative to XOrg, and DEFAULT_VERSIONS for users to choose between XOrg
or XLibre with caution that XLibre may not be supported by
maintainers/upstream.

As for Qt/KDE, the upstream is deprecating XOrg in favour of Wayland, it's very
unlikely they would accept bug reports or patches for XLibre.
