This appears to be a problem with tmpfs corrupting libsass [1], which would
explain why the port builds on the host, but not in the poudriere jail. There's
nothing we can do with the port itself, this a bug in base.

Workaround would be to add to poudriere.conf:
TMPFS_BLACKLIST="libsass sassc"

and flush and rebuild textproc/libsass and textproc/sassc:
poudriere bulk -j <jail> -p <portstree> ... -C textproc/libsass textproc/sassc
