I've reverted devel/ninja to 1.12.0 for now as this is going to take some time
to work through and with Qt 6.7.1 coming out today, I just don't have the
computing resources to keep doing trial and error. Especially since it happens
so late in the build. I tried adding the needed dep where it should go, but its
target still keeps coming after the failing target.
