dolphin-devel out of date and question about testing plasma 6 applications

Thanks for testing!
We have a branch on github that contains more  up-to-date versions of
the  packages (and cleaning out some of the Qt5 bits).

https://github.com/freebsd/freebsd-ports-kde/tree/kde-it_goes_to_6

I personally use that branch to dog-food the update -- it is what will
be merged to main at some later point in time.
