Update Kate in FreeBSD ports

Hello.
I noticed that you are using Kate version 23.08.5 in ports.
In September 2024-09-13, a bug was fixed that created empty tabs and
did not save when closing.

In September it was fixed in version release/24.08.
Can I ask you to update the port for Kate to 24.08.3 (7 November 2024) or later?
I just don’t know how to do it, I’ll try to assemble it from the ports.
