port www/qt5-webengine fails reproducible at the same place compilation

On a recent CURRENT (August 5) and ports from git September 13, the
above port fails in poudriere reproducible at the same place during compilation:


www/qt5-webengine for pkg qt5-webengine-5.15.8_6 failed after 02:46:52
with
