Image viewer gwenview needs 27 secs to start

I found the point where it spends this amount of time. I run 

$ truss -o gwenview.tr -d gwenview

and with grep/vim I found the point in time where it waits 25 secs for
something:

i.e. it sends something to /var/run/dbus/system_bus_socket and waits 25
