I installed version 0.20.0 and tried to use the file
/usr/local/share/sddm/scripts/Xsession from the version 0.19.0_8. And
everything worked.

So we need a line

exec $STARTUP /usr/local/bin/dbus-run-session
--dbus-daemon=/usr/local/bin/dbus-daemon -- "$@"

in Xsession script.
