UNTESTED - make graphics/lux compat w/ exiv2 0.28, take #2 - turn REINPLACE_CMD
into patch file.

LGTM if a build test passes.

Build test already passes on arm64.  Amd64 has a bunch of SIMD variants of the
code exclusive to this architecture, so there may be chances for errors not
seen on other platforms.  Prior build failure could be due to an OOM condition;
this port needs a lot of RAM to compile (>2GB per make job).
