The good news is that we have lost an environment that can reproduce this :)

Another point of concern is the order of rebuilds.
It is possible that qt5-qmake, qt5-buildtools and something else did not build
first.
There are ports that install shared libraries in /usr/local/lib or in the paths
contained in /usr/local/libdata/ldconfig/{qscintilla2-qt5,qt5-core} but don't
have USE_LDCONFIG=yes to run service ldconfig restart.

However, if ldconfig is related, why a reboot did not improve the problem is
not clear.
