Probably required by deskutils/plasma5-xdg-desktop-portal-kde for
zkde_screencast_unstable_v1 unless allowed via X-KDE-Wayland-Interfaces in
.desktop file.

"poudriere bulk -t" is OK on 12.3 i386, 13.1 amd64/i386, 14.0 amd64.
