2023-04-23 email to ports-secteam

PDF of an email that I sent to ports-secteam in April. Probably the same bug,
or maybe a variation with the same underlying cause(s). 

Unless I'm missing something: there was no response to this email. 

If someone with knowledge of plasma5-kscreenlocker, can please, help me to
understand what's required for a lock to occur (or occur in good time), it
should help to reduce this bug.
