KDE Plasma 6.0 (dev) ports

I created ports to build the upcoming Qt 6 based Plasma desktop from git.

At the moment, these ports can be found here [1] as an overlay. The
patch [2], also linked on the README in the repo
disables some files in KF5, so that at least the basic applications:
kate, dolphin, okular, gwenview and most importantly
konsole, can be installed.

To get started, just build the x11/kde6 package, which pulls in
(nearly) the whole overlay.

Note, this is highly experimental :) -- patches, fixes, and
improvements are very welcome!
