It's not that easy: it uses qmake instead and its upstream looks quite
abandoned. graphics/digikam is its only consumer in ports.
In digikam 8.0.0 they merged QtAV to their repository and fixed it to support
new ffmpeg.

So IMO the best fix here is to update digikam and remove QtAV port.
