I'm going to close this because there's a bunch of entries in UPDATING saying
"must build in clean environment". I just don't think we can hammer QtWebEngine
into a shape that it neatly consumes all of /usr/local/include (because ports)
but none of the webengine headers possibly installed in /usr/local/include.

Use poudriere, folks, it makes life a lot simpler.
