Plasma 5.25 release

What currently blocks 5.25 merge into main branch? security/unix-selfauth-helper
landed 1.5 months ago and EN-22:19.pam_exec (FreeBSD 13-only) published 1 month ago.

For one, I need newer x11-wm/plasma5-kdecoration for x11-wm/kwinft:
