You have a crashing meinproc. Then it's not strange that there is no error
message. If you can find the core files that it is leaving behind -- if that's
configured on your system -- you might be able to get a backtrace, helping
figure out what's wrong.

I'll try to put together a 12.3 system here to see if I can reproduce the
issue.
