QFileSystemWatcher fails with sockets on FreeBSD

I'm fairly sure we have other tests, much lower in the stack -- some Tier-1 
Framework -- that has the same kind of issues and that we  either XFAIL or 
#ifdef out. I wouldn't know where, though.
