Plasma 5.25 release

The KDE Plasma 5.25 release [1] uses PAM to unlock the screenlocker.
This requires (in some cases) a patch to the FreeBSD PAM implementation
for PAM not to segfault. So far this change has only been applied to current.

On my 13.1 notebook it works well, but I don't want to update KDE Plasma
in the tree and cause some people to have unlockable screens.

If you want to test Plasma 5.25, then you can use the ports tree branch [2]
to do so and build your packages manually. Or apply the patch [3] to your
tree. Please let me know if you encounter any problems.
