pkg: Fail to create temporary file: /usr/local/include/KF5/GrantleeTheme

This is an issue with pkg's update method of creating temporary files
and the file in question changing the type from a file to a directory.
The fix is to first to a "pkg delete -f grantletheeme" and then do the
normal pkg upgrade.
