I see, sure I have, one example in which you can change the components as you
wish as long as the panel is dark colored


Oxygen as global theme
application style doesn't matter
Plasma Style ANY
Colors Breeze, Breeze dark, probably any other as well
Windows decoration ANY
Fonts ANY

Plasma 5.22.5

behavior is with the Chrome Icon and Oxygen Theme, seems that Chromium use its
own ICON  and not any from the Icon set which is chosen, I tried several
Breeze, Breeze dark, Oxygen and Oxygen dark, no change

once having set your desktop details and installed Chromium, just push the
Chromium Icon on to the Panel and resize the panel hight to 34 or 32 to see it
happen
