Update Kdenlive Pkg for ffplay dependency

The multimedia/kdenlive package already run-depends on ffmpeg. So from
kde@ side this is already handled.

However, the issue is, that ffplay is only built in multimedia/ffmpeg
when the SDL option is on -- which is off by default.

Ports cannot depend on a port "with option FOO=on" unfortunately.

I'd suggest you open a bug report on bugs.freebsd.org against
multimedia/ffmpeg to make ffplay installed by default (or split out
into its own package).
