Orca screen reader setup does not start

I am trying to launch a configuration of Orca screen reader (System Settings ->
Accessibility -> Screen Reader). But it won't start. In the console, I see the
message:

TypeError: Property 'launchOrcaConfiguration' of object
ScreenReaderSettings(0x8095a06c0) is not a function

Orca is installed.

KDE Plasma 5.21.4, KDE Frameworks 5.81, Qt 5.15.2, FreeBSD 12.2-RELEASE-p6.
