KDE integration gets you
- spellchecking
- word completion
- crash reporting
- progress notifications
- KIO (virtual filesystem) support
- KDE wallet integrations
- sharing

While the flavor is called "-qtonly" (because it switches to using only the
basic Qt features for the browser) it is more a
"-hellosystemisosizeconstraints" flavor. That's not a good flavor name, though.
