Sorry for the breakage, I guess I was a bit too restrictitve in the
default-options. 

Could you try with the XML option ON too? I think that one is required for
kdenlive.

(I have AVFORMAT, FREI0R, GDK, KDENLIVE, PLUS, PLUSGPL, RESAMPLE, RTAUDIO,
SDL2, SOX, VIDSTAB, VORIBS and XML on, and kdenlive starts).
