qt5-webengine does not have a SONAME

Hi there,

I saw this when building textproc/sigil:

====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
Error: /usr/local/lib/sigil/sigil is linked to
/usr/local/lib/qt5/libQt5WebEngineCore.so.5 which does not have a SONAME.
 www/qt5-webengine needs to be fixed.

I don't see this with other qt modules. If I can do anything to help, let
me know.
