kdenlive 20.04.2: Video codec: libx264 is not supported

Well, that's bizarre.

I did a pkg delete mlt, which deleted mlt, qt5-mlt, kdenlive, kdemultimedia 
and kde5. 

I then did a pkg install kde5, which reinstalled all 5 packages.

x264 & x265 are now options once again. Weird that a reinstall would fix it.

mp3 is still not an option under audio, but I suspect that's because my ffmpeg 
is not built with the LAME option enabled. It's not a priority for me, but 
maybe I'll try it out some time just to see.
