I can confirm that here.  I had forgotten that "All devices" was set in my
config.

What would be the down side of patching to set "All devices" by default?  I'm
not clear on what devices would be detected and whether this would be a
nuisance to a significant number of users.  I can only say that device notifier
doesn't list my hard disk.

Either way, this should be fixed, but it might be better to recognize USB
sticks out-of-the-box until a solution is found.
