I tested the latest version in two variants:

1. The bsdisks is installed. HALD is enabled. But it seems to me that if the
HALD is enabled, then it is used.

2. The bsdisks is installed. HALD is disabled. Everything works as expected,
but only once. If I remove the USB stick and insert the same USB stick again,
the Device Notifier is silent. I tried different USB sticks.
