Both have the same COMMENT "Python to C and C++ bindings generator".
Both install /usr/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/PyQt5/sip.so:

/usr/local/lib/python3.7/site-packages/PyQt5/sip.so

Could you please remove one of them?
