patch to multimedia/kdenlive/Makefile

multimedia/kdenlive has a dependency on audio/swhplugins by default.  However,
that is only available for x86.

The patch makes LADSPA default only on x86.

This unblocks kde building on arm*, powerpc*, and so forth.
