On my system (with Qt 5.12 and creator just built now via poudriere), LANG
seems to have no effect on QtCreator. Neither zh_CN nor de nor pt_BR give me
anything other than English in the UI. Tools -> Options -> Environment contains
a drop-down of languages, defaulting to <System Language>. The only other
option in that drop-down is English.
