SOLVED: cmake circular dependency

	With profuse apologies ... never mind.
	"Pkg delete ; make distclean ; make rmconfig ; make ; make
install clean" seems to have fixed things.
	Pursuant to better information, I'm writing this up as "user
error" and going to find the self-flagellation device.
