I run poudriere bulk with -i and when the jail came up with a shell I went to
the localtion of the port and typed 'make package'; this went fine and I SCP'ed
the created pkg to outside the jail and exited the jail. After this I copied
over the saved pkg to the place /usr/local/poudiere/..../All and restarted the
bulk building.

So, I have some kind of a solution but not the bug fixed.
