That looks like a crash in the packaging tools, not in cmake or during the 
build. We've seen a fair share of pkg-static crashes in the KDE-FreeBSD CI, 
but it's not really clear what is going on. You may want to build with 
VERBOSE=1 to see more clearly what is going on.
