As usual, USES=compiler:c++11-lang is necessary.

There are also other patches needed to build this with powerpc64 (other
architectures probably need more fixes):
- on Linux POWER architecture is named ppc64, FreeBSD uses powerpc64 name,
- assembler, JIT and Sampling Profiler are not supported on POWER.

Tested on powerpc64 and amd64.
