the crash is within a jail of poudriere on CURRENT with ports from head; 
poudriere compiles ports-mgmt/pkg (not pkg-devel) and installs this into 
the jail; at the end of the build pkg-static segflts when it builds the 
final pkg; I tried to get a core file, until now with no luck
