qt5 ports don't work with portupgrade tools

Hi,

The qt5 ports don't seem to install with the portupgrade tools
("portupgrade" and "portinstall)", although "make deinstall" and "make
reinstall" from the port directory works as expected. Portupgrade works on
most/all other ports.

That's with the current ports tree, current version of portupgrade
installed, and 11.2-releng (11.2-RELEASE-p4), but has been the case since
the ports semantics changed a while back. This has been true across
multiple 11.x releases, and I've tested against multiple FreeBSD 11.2
systems.

Example output from "portupgrade" for graphics/qt5-svg:

====> Compressing man pages (compress-man)
===>   Installing ldconfig configuration file
---> Backing up the old version
--->  Uninstalling the old version
[Reading data from pkg(8) ... - 656 packages found - done]
--->  Deinstalling 'qt5-svg-5.11.2'
--->  Preserving /usr/local/lib/qt5/libQt5Svg.so.5 as
/usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/libQt5Svg.so.5
cp: symlink: libQt5Svg.so.5.11.2: File exists
Copy failed!
[Reading data from pkg(8) ... - 656 packages found - done]
** Listing the failed packages (-:ignored / *:skipped / !:failed)
        ! qt5-svg-5.11.2        (copy failed)

Happens on many/all of the qt5 ports, not just this one. Probably a simple
fix...

Thanks,
