libkface and new opencv

Hi,

Yep, that's one of the things the patch I've been working on does:

It also enables opencv3 support in digikam-kde4, so I'm hoping it's 
effectively the same. If you're good with that, then I'll go ahead and 
add the DEPRECATED and EXPRIATION_DATE to libkface.
